Our Journey

The Wilson family has been farming on this exact spot in SW Missouri since 1927. Five Generations have worked the land. Each passes their experience of planting crops, raising livestock, and preserving the harvest to the next generation. It has always been common practice to share a bumper crop with the neighbors from “Grannies Garden”. Today, we plan for every crop to be a bumper one. We are still growing in “Granni’s Garden” it’s just gotten bigger.

In 2021, a greenhouse was added to the farm to offer year-round growing opportunities in addition to traditional outdoor growing. First, a hydroponic system was designed and installed for growing lettuce and tomato. Soon after bedding plants and hanging baskets were added. We have grown into a retail operation that supplies neighbors, friends, and our community with beautiful plants, locally grown produce, and more.
